Duncan Snyder Bio

Duncan Snyder is a partner in the corporate department of Gowling WLG's Waterloo Region office. He advises on a variety of general corporate and commercial, M&A and private equity matters. He also has experience assisting clients with their banking and capital market needs. Duncan has served a range of public and private sector clients. He is responsive and delivers practical, results-oriented advice. Duncan completed his law degree at the University of Toronto. He has an undergraduate degree in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University.
