David Campbell Bio

David Campbell is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office with a transactional-based practice focused predominantly on private equity fund formation and investments, private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, reorganizations and general commercial matters. Outside of his legal practice, David volunteers as a director of Neighbourhood Information Post, a grassroots charitable organization serving the Regent Park and Moss Park neighbourhoods in Toronto. In the past, David has volunteered with the George Hull Centre for Children and Families.
