Chris Colonval Bio

Chris Colonval is a partner in Gowling WLG's Vancouver office, practising primarily in the firm's Financial Institutions & Services Group. He advises on all aspects of debt financing and lending across a variety of industries. Previously, Chris served as head of legal and business affairs for a film and entertainment company. There, he advised on and was responsible for, all legal and business affairs issues, including all corporate and commercial matters, debt and equity financings, and intellectual property management and exploitation.
