Tobias Linde assists Danish and foreign companies and funds in banking and financing transactions, stock exchange and securities issues and M&A transactions. Tobias has assisted in the drafting and negotiation of general loan and security documents, bond issues and more specialised products such as securitisation, financial instruments and derivatives. Tobias also advises on netting, clearing and regulatory matters. Finally, Tobias has extensive hands-on experience with stock exchange and securities issues, M&A and company law.
