She assists Danish and foreign industrial and financial clients in connection with i.a. mergers & acquisitions, structured sales processes, public tender offers for listed companies, initial public offerings, other public offerings, verification processes, etc. Rikke Schiøtt Petersen further assists our clients in connection with the establishment of investment associations as well as in relation to foreign investment funds' marketing in Denmark and listing of bonds and structured products.
