Michael Meyer provides advice concerning the acquisition and sale of undertakings in Denmark and abroad. He assists in relation to share issues, capital increases and other securities law issues and provides legal advice on regulatory as well as company and contract law issues. Michael has extensive experience in Danish and EU competition law.
