Yotam Azari Bio

Yotam joined Gornitzky as an associate in 2021 after having both worked at another leading Tel Aviv law firm’s Hi-Tech and Venture Capital group, and was appointed as a Partner at Gornitzky in 2024. Yotam’s main area of practice is Hi-tech and Venture Capital. Yotam represents both local and foreign clients, and advises entrepreneurs, start up and hi-tech companies, angels and venture capital funds, on their on-going corporate and commercial matters, with focus on financing, capital raising and M&A transactions.
