Uri Dotan is a Partner at Gornitzky GNY. Prior to joining Gornitzky GNY Uri was a partner in a leading high-tech law firm. Uri advises companies at all stages of growth, from formation and day-to-day corporate governance, through early and late stage financings and mergers and acquisitions. Uri negotiates IP license agreements and agreements with customers, developers, manufacturers, suppliers and channel partners. Uri also represents venture capital funds in multi national financing transactions.
