Rafael Shafransky Bio

Rafael Shafransky is a partner at Gornitzky GNY. Rafael’s main areas of practice are banking and finance, often in the context of acquisition finance, project finance and other complex structured finance arrangements, as well as international and domestic M&A transactions. Rafael represents a broad array of lenders and investors including some of Israel’s largest financial institutions, private debt funds, private equity funds, and some of Israel’s leading public and private companies. Prior to joining the firm, Rafael served over six years in the Israel Defense Force’s Military Advocate General. During that period, Rafael has gained extensive experience in the fields of administrative and criminal law.
