Netanel Kahane Bio

Netanel Kahane is a partner at Gornitzky GNY. Netanel focuses his practice on cross border transactions, representing both domestic and foreign clients. His experience includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital raising transactions, shareholder activism and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Netanel worked in the Israel Securities Authority and the Ministry of Finance and was a Fellow at the Milken Innovation Center.
