Gil Sigal Bio

Gil joined Gornitzky & Co. as a partner in 2022. Before joining the firm, Gil was a partner in the Hi-Tech Department of a leading commercial law firm. Gil’s main area of practice is corporate and commercial law with the focus on high-tech and technology companies. Gil represents Israeli and international clients in investments, ongoing corporate and commercial work, M&As and commercial transactions.
