Yair Shiloni is a partner in the firm of Gornitzky & Co. Yair has extensive experience in providing legal services and advising companies in all areas of the capital market, corporate law and securities. Yair specializes in capital transactions and various debt transactions, advising clients (both issuers and underwriters) on initial and public offerings, capital raising, and bond issues, as well as consulting in corporate governance and compliance matters. Yair represents clients in a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, real estate, infrastructure, and food. In addition, Yair has extensive experience in conducting proceedings before the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and he provides ongoing representation to public companies and private corporations on a variety of issues.
