Dr. Eyal Raz is partner at Gornitzky & Co. Eyal is one of the leading partners in Gornitzky’s corporate, commercial, and technology practices and co-heads its Private Investment Funds practice. Eyal represents Israeli clients in their local and global business activities and non-Israeli clients in establishing their Israeli presence and in their local corporate matters and commercial transactions. In addition, Eyal represents Israeli and non-Israeli clients in local and international merger and acquisition transactions, in investments in Israeli start-ups and other companies, in venture capital funds and in private equity funds, and in fund formation matters. Eyal also advises a select number of clients in tax matters, including tax litigation, and in trusts, estates, and long-term family planning matters.
