Asaf Avtuvi is a partner at Gornitzky & Co.. Asaf’s practice concentrates in the field of Telecom and Media corporations, which encompasses representation of leading International and Israeli corporations along with individuals in the Telecom and Media industry. Asaf’s experience includes involvement in a wide range of regulatory aspects; involvement in complex commercial transactions, such as various procurement, development, licensing, software support and corporate finance transactions; involvement in telecommunications related disputes, including representation before the Israeli Supreme Court; and ongoing commercial advising. Asaf’s expertise also includes additional litigation experience in varied and complex commercial and civil disputes before Israeli courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation procedures.
