Justin Lewis Bio

Justin Lewis is a Partner in the San Diego office. He focuses his practice on class action defense, commercial litigation, and unfair competition. Justin wields significant experience defending manufacturers of consumer products against claims that their products exhibit chemical or electrical defects. Defending a preeminent manufacturer of consumer products in a recent class action, he defeated a top plaintiffs’ firm and a celebrity attorney on the first day of trial, securing decertification and dismissal before the first witness took the stand. Justin also holds significant appellate and international arbitration experience. A former college instructor of public speaking, he is a cum laude graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was cited for his writing talent and recognized as the most outstanding oral advocate in the school’s leading competition. Justin also received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, earning highest honors.
