Ms. Ritter is a Partner in the Southern California offices of Gordon & Rees, and is part of the employment litigation practice group. Her practice generally involves employment related counseling for employers as well as litigation defense of public and private entities against employees’ claims of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, breach of contract, and other derivative or related claims as well as ADA accessibility claims. Ms. Ritter has worked closely with trial partners on trials in Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts resulting in complete defense verdicts on behalf of clients. She also has experience defending employers against individual, class, and PAGA claims involving wage and hour issues.
