and access,
Jennifer M. Kirschler is a partner at the Pittsburgh office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Healthcare and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. She concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and nursing home litigation. Ms. Kirschler has extensive experience representing physicians, hospitals, physician practice groups, and nursing homes in all aspects of litigation including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Ms. Kirschler is also involved in Pro Bono activities in the Family Division of Allegheny County Courts. She has represented plaintiffs in Protection from Abuse matters. Currently, she represents children as their “Best Interest Attorney.” These situations occur when the Court cannot adequately spend the time investigating the parties’ situation and determine independently what would be in the best interest of the children. Ms. Kirschler has obtained a high rate of dismissals and favorable verdicts for her clients, and her trial experience has earned her election into the Allegheny County Academy of Trial Lawyers and recognition by the Best Lawyers in America.
