Eulalio J. Garcia is a partner with Gordon & Rees and practices in the firm’s Southern California offices. Before joining the firm, Mr. Garcia successfully co-founded and served as the managing partner of his own law firm for over a decade. Mr. Garcia has over 23 years of complex litigation experience. Mr. Garcia has an extensive background in employment law. He has successfully defended employers in a wide range of employment claims, administrative hearings, lawsuits and appeals. He is also particularly skilled in serving as lead attorney in complex business and general liability cases having represented business owners, professionals (attorneys, accountants and design professionals) and large companies in hundreds of claims and lawsuits. Mr. Garcia’s varied experience includes successfully defending lawsuits involving product liability claims, environmental/toxic torts, officers and directors liability claims, contract and business torts, professional liability and construction matters. Mr. Garcia has served as an arbitrator in San Diego Superior Court and as a mediator. He is a panelist for continuing legal education programs and has been an instructor for the University of California, San Diego extension program. He has achieved the highest peer review rating of AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Garcia is fluent in Spanish and often provides counsel to clients having bilingual needs.
