Bio

David Chasin is a partner in the Real Estate and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Since 2003, he has specialized in landlord-tenant litigation, representing commercial office, industrial and retail clients in lease disputes and eviction proceedings from case inception through trial and in enforcing judgments. Within the Real Estate practice group, he regularly consults with property owners and property management firms regarding lease compliance and drafting issues, and he litigates disputes involving brokerage fee disputes, appraiser negligence, tenant bankruptcies, and easement disputes. As a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group, Mr. Chasin has significant experience litigating contract disputes, as well as in cases involving product liability, securities, and personal injury.
