Bio

Craig Nickerson is a partner in the Employment group and practices out of the firm’s Southern California offices. His practice focuses primarily on litigation, which includes defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), wage and hour issues, retaliation, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims. Mr. Nickerson also provides counseling to employers on a variety of issues, including personnel matters, hiring, termination, employee classification, medical and disability leaves (FMLA, CFRA, etc.). Mr. Nickerson also works with clients on preparing and updating employee handbooks and related policies. He also conducts training for employers on a variety of topics, including sexual harassment.
