Christopher S. Norcross is an attorney in the Dallas office of Gordon & Rees, whose practice focuses on business litigation, including commercial and residential construction litigation, product liability issues, oil & gas litigation, environmental/toxic tort claims, and other business disputes. Mr. Norcross regularly represents national and multinational developers and construction firms, international and domestic manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers, oil & gas operators and service providers, and other corporate entities. He prosecutes and defends claims involving contract, warranty, and surety issues, allegations of defect in workmanship and product, oil and gas exploration, production, and service contract disputes, toxic exposure to materials and chemicals, and other commercial litigation issues. Mr. Norcross represents clients in state and federal courts in Texas and other jurisdictions, as well as in arbitration tribunals around the country, and he has jury trial experience involving complex product liability claims. Whether in depositions, hearings, trials, or appeals, Mr. Norcross aggressively advocates for his clients’ interests with proven results, including several dispositive motion awards in state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings. Mr. Norcross has also served as lead counsel in multiple mediations, and successfully negotiated several favorable settlements for his clients.
