Bio

Brendan Bradley is a partner in the Construction Litigation Practice Group at Gordon & Rees. Mr. Bradley has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of construction litigation, including litigating matters involving defective construction, delay, disruption and inefficiency, professional negligence, construction insurance coverage, and breach of contract. He also has extensive experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts for clients. Since joining the Construction Litigation Practice Group, Mr. Bradley has represented developers, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in numerous construction related matters, including trying multiple cases to jury verdict and resolving numerous claims at mediation. Within the past year, Mr. Bradley has also successfully defended developers and design professionals in claims involving wildfires, as well as numerous matters related to the construction of hospitals, schools and public transit facilities. Mr. Bradley’s current focus is on representing Contractors, Developers and Design professionals on large scale commercial, residential and public works projects. Prior to attending Santa Clara Law School, Mr. Bradley worked as a financial analyst.
