She regularly offers her expertise in commercial real estate transactions, hotel and franchising matters, tax credits, and affordable housing developments, property development, zoning and land use planning, real estate financing, lease agreements, title examinations, drafting construction/AIA agreements and property dispute resolution. Whether you are buying, selling, leasing, or investing in real estate, she offers legal guidance and solutions to safeguard your interests and facilitate smooth and legally sound real estate transactions. She is a licensed title insurance agent for Fidelity National Title. Krystin’s expertise in serving energy producing clients in transactional, regulatory, and title examination matters is extensive. Additionally, her admiralty and maritime law practice ranges from the most traditional maritime situations to “cutting edge” issues associated with offshore wind-power development, and those arising out of oil and gas production operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Throughout her career, Krystin has represented Louisiana and Texas business owners in a wide range of business transactions and often serving as outside general counsel for several startup companies and small businesses.
