Simon Fulbrook Bio

Simon Fulbrook is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Simon’s experience spans all areas of leveraged finance, including private equity-backed leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and buy-ins, corporate M&A and recapitalisations, acquisitions, funds, and real estate finance. He represents private equity firms, portfolio and other companies and lenders in the financial institutions, life sciences, healthcare, and other sectors. He joined Goodwin in 2015.
