Scott French is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology practice, advising fast-growing companies on a full spectrum of corporate transactions throughout all stages of their business life cycle. He regularly navigates all types of transactions and liquidity events, including venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public offering transactions. He also advises on corporate governance and securities law matters.
