Margaret Hickey is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Technology group. She joined Goodwin in 2017. Ms. Hickey’s practice focuses primarily on mergers, acquisitions, venture financings, private equity investments, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries.
