Heiko Penndorf is a partner in Goodwin’s Tax practice. He specializes in national and international tax law and has considerable expertise in M&A, venture and private equity, real estate and financing transactions. Mr. Penndorf has also significant knowledge regarding the tax aspects of loan portfolio and securitization transactions. Furthermore, he counsels clients across a broad range of industries on tax matters relating to corporate income tax, value added tax as well as tax compliance issues.
