Pablo Fernandez Cortijo Bio

Pablo Fernandez Cortijo is a Mercantil partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He specializes in M&A, venture capital and energy. He also has experience in restructuring and distressed operations , as well as in Corporate and Contractual Law. He has a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid and Universitá degli studi La Sapienza (Rome). He is currently one of the most active M&A lawyers in Spain. Pablo has also participated as an author in several specialized legal publications (Aranzadi, Wolters Kluwer) or national economic newspapers (El Economista), and is a professor at different business schools (ISDE, ICADE, Instituto de Capital Riesgo, Fundación Rafael del Pino). He is a trustee of the Fernando Pombo Foundation.
