David Rioperez Gallegos Bio

David Rioperez Gallegos is a Corporate and M&A partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He has wide and relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including sales of shares and assets, contractual advice with special focus on franchise-related matters, distribution and agency, drafting and execution of transactional agreements and warranties, advice on shareholder disputes and general corporate matters. He holds a law degree from the University of Navarra and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Legal Advisory (MAJ) from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. David has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
