He has led transactional tax teams advising on M&A transactions, complex real estate transactions, restructurings and refinancing. He also advises family businesses in coordination with wealth planners of banking institutions. Lawyer and Economist, Master in Tax Law by Centro de Estudios Garrigues & Andersen, he is also Honorary Collaborator of the Finance and Tax Department of the Complutense University of Madrid and lecturer in several masters.
