Fernando De las Cuevas Castresana is partner of M&A at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He specialises in banking law, securities market law, collective investment schemes, mergers and acquisitions and family businesses. He holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business and European Studies from Universidad de Deusto. He holds a diploma in Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe, Bruges. In addition, he obtained a research grant from the EFTA, Geneva and he completed a P.I.L. at Harvard Law School. Fernando has been Highly Regarded in recent years by IFLR 1000 for his work and extensive experience in the areas of Banking and M&A.
