Constantino Perez Salgado is partner of Corporate M&A and head of Latin America at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. He specialises in general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financings and private equity. He works on a recurring basis with companies, financial institutions and investment funds on transactions in Spain, Latin America and the United States. He is admitted as an attorney in New York and Spain. He holds a law degree from the Universitat de Dret de Barcelona and a LL.M. in International Business Law with a specialisation in commercial law from ESADE Law School (Ramón Llull University) as well as a LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham Law School. Constantino has participated as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
