Steven Chill practice focuses on Estate Planning and Administration and Charitable Organizations. His clients include high net-worth individuals, professionals, business owners, individual and corporate fiduciaries and charitable organizations. Steven’s Charitable Organizations practice includes: formation of not-for-profit organizations; obtaining and maintaining Section 501(c)(3) recognition; and counseling public and private charitable organizations on fundraising and administrative matters. He also serves as an officer and/or director of several not-for-profit organizations.
