Yael Zhout Bio

Yael Zhout is a Partner in the Corporate, Finance and Infrastructure Department. Adv. Zhout specializes in the commercial law field, advising on a wide variety of transactions, including M&A transactions and founding agreements. In addition, she possesses significant experience in tender proceedings, advising both issuers and offerors throughout the tender process. Adv. Zhout regularly provides ongoing counsel to leading Israeli entities, and accumulated extensive experience in composing comprehensive legal opinions in a variety of fields, including contract law, tenders and infrastructure.
