Roy Aga is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Infrastructure Department. Adv. Aga specializes in corporate law, commercial law, infrastructure projects, contract law and administrative law. Adv. Aga accumulated extensive experience in the corporate law field, including with regard to complex commercial agreements and transactions in a wide variety of fields, specifically cooperation agreements, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and investment transactions. Adv. Aga possesses significant experience and expertise in advising on large scale, complex tenders and competitive proceedings in an array of fields throughout all stages – from drafting, presentation and approval of tender documents to examining offers and related legal issues, providing legal opinions, negotiating with offerors, and handling all other legal proceedings related to the tender process. In this capacity, Adv. Aga regularly advises the tender committees of Israel’s largest public entities, including government ministries, government companies, local municipalities and municipal corporations. In the projects field, Adv. Aga possesses extensive experience and expertise in advising various infrastructure projects. He provides ongoing legal counsel to such projects from the initial planning and development stages, throughout the execution to the completion of the project, advising on all related agreements and legal matters. In addition, Adv. Aga accumulated significant experience in representing clients as offerors in tenders for projects integrating development, planning financing and operational aspects, including design-build projects and projects with public – private financing models (PPP, PFI, BOT). In recent years, Adv. Aga was involved in some of Israel’s largest and most complex national projects and tenders. These high budget, significant projects attracted considerable media attention. Alongside his professional activities, Adv. Aga has been advising the Batsheva Dance Company as part of the firm’s pro-bono work since 2010. In addition, he is a member of the Infrastructure and Energy Committee and the Tender Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
