Idan Menchel is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Menchel specializes in the fields of real estate, planning and construction as well as real estate transactions, specifically urban renewal projects, representing both developers and tenants in TAMA 38 and “Pinoy Binoy” projects. Adv. Menchel advises clients from the initial acquisition and planning stages and throughout the development process to the final construction, marketing and registration stages. Among others, he advises on financing and real estate taxation matters, and represents clients before various authorities. Among Adv. Menchel’s clients are public companies, private companies, holding groups and urban renewal developers.
