Hilla Shindler Bio

Hilla Shindler is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Shindler specializes in representing corporations and private clients in complex real estate transactions. In this capacity, she advises on the outline of the transaction, the required preliminary examinations, negotiations and more. Among others, Adv. Shindler represents her clients in land acquisition for the construction of office, residential, commercial and industrial projects. Adv. Shindler accumulated extensive experience in representing acquisition groups. In this capacity, she advises the group organizers and members throughout the entire process, from the initial inception of the group to the completion of the project’s construction and the registering of the cooperative house (condominium). In addition, Adv. Shindler is experienced in providing ongoing counsel to real estate corporations, as well as advising on real estate projects, including large-scale urban renewal (“Pinoy-Binuy”, TAMA 38) projects. Adv. Shindler represents her clients vis-à-vis land sellers, land taxation authorities, planning authorities, municipalities, financial institutions, contractors (including the Contractors’ Register), service providers, acquirers and tenants. Among Adv. Shindler’s clients are some of Israel’s largest public and private companies, developers, acquisition groups and acquirers.
