Guy Gordon is a partner in the International Corporate and Securities Department. He represents a wide variety of tech clients in M&A transactions, largely cross-border, venture capital financings (representing top tier international and local VC’s), corporate and securities law matters and in other related issues. Adv. Gordon has negotiated numerous equity financing and venture capital transactions that involved complex corporate and transactional matters. Adv. Gordon advises entrepreneurs and company founders on a daily basis in matters relating to company formation, negotiating technology and commercial agreements, fund raising and other general corporate issues. He provides creative and out-of-the-box solutions to the different dilemmas that technology-based companies encounter from start-up to maturity. Adv. Gordon’s clients are both local and international companies of all sizes, which are active in most fields of technology: cyber security, internet, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, life sciences, connected car/mobility and more. Adv. Gordon is also the Tel-Aviv Chapter Director at AlmaLinks, a global non-profit network connecting outstanding young CEOs and executives to the Israeli business community.
