Eyal Shakiv Bio

Eyal Shakiv is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Shakiv specializes in various aspects of planning, construction, local government and municipal taxation, including planning stages, licensing, betterment levies, zoning, loss of value, monetary claims related to plans, expropriation, and more. In this capacity, Adv. Shakiv represents clients before all courts, including Magistrate Courts, District Courts, Administrative Courts and the Supreme Court; as well as before the various planning institutions, from local councils to the National Council and its sub committees. Adv. Shakiv advises clients, including public and private entities, developers, companies and some of Israel’s largest infrastructure entities, with regard to real estate and infrastructure ventures.
