Etti Attar Bio

Etti Attar is a Partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Attar specializes in advising on various real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, private and commercial lease, and large scale residential, commercial and office projects. Adv. Attar represents contractors in construction projects, including drafting sale agreements, representing clients vis-à-vis right purchasers and banks, as well as land registration and taxation authorities and the Israel Land Authority. She advises clients throughout all stages of the project, from development and construction to rights registration. Among Adv. Attar’s clients are some of Israel’s largest public and private companies active in the real estate, retail and commerce fields, and she regularly represents developers in real estate projects. Adv. Attar is a certified notary since 2020.
