Erez Altit is Vice Head of the Corporate and Capital Markets Department. He is an experienced deal maker who specializes in public securities offerings and cross border capital market transactions, including equity and debt transactions. Adv. Altit possesses a long, successful track record for handling M&A transactions, complex finance transactions, including structure financing, securitization, asset-backed securities, the trade of securities and financial derivatives in the secondary market, financial instruments transactions and regulatory aspects of financial institutions. Among Adv. Altit’s clients are many of the largest corporations in the Israeli market, as well as first-tier financial institutes and international investment banks, whom he represents in relation to mergers, acquisitions, debt restructuring, stock issues and the trade of securities, as well as other aspects of their activity in Israel and abroad.
