Ben Gilboa is a partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department. Adv. Gilboa specializes in various aspects of corporate law, securities and capital markets in Israel. Among others, he leads initial public offerings (IPO) of Israeli and international corporations, private and public capital and debt raising by a variety of financial tools, debt swaps, private offerings, purchase offers, various capital market transactions, mergers and more. In addition, Adv.
