Batia Rosenberg is a partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets Department. Adv. Rosenberg specializes in capital markets, including securities law and corporate law (commercial corporations, stock exchanges etc.). Adv. Rosenberg advises her clients on public offerings, private placements, purchase offers, prospectuses, restructuring and reorganization, reports to the Israel Securities Authority and the Stock Exchange, and more. Adv. Rosenberg provides clients with counsel and legal opinions on commercial matters, including in relation to corporate governance, contract law, corporate law and securities law. In addition, she represents clients vis-à-vis regulatory authorities, and advises on drafting internal compliance programs and executive compensation matters. Among Adv. Rosenberg’s clients are public and private companies from Israel and abroad.
