Arnon Cohen is a partner in the Real Estate, Planning and Construction Department. Adv. Cohen specializes in complex real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, and handles sale and acquisition transactions of office buildings, commercial centers and industrial parks. In addition, Adv. Cohen handles the initiating and establishment of residential and commercial projects, combination transactions, acquisition groups, lease transactions, and the financing of real estate transactions; and advises Israel’s leading companies on various real estate matters. Among Adv. Cohen’s clients are Israel’s largest public and private companies, private entrepreneurs and public entities.
