Bio

Ralf is Co-head of Gleiss Lutz’ Corporate/M&A practice. He advises national and international corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions. He has particular experience in complex M&A transactions (including carve-outs and distressed M&A) and private equity, and advises regularly on corporate law matters. Since 2017, Ralf is active as an Officer of the Corporate and M&A Law Committee of the International Bar Association. Ralf studied at the universities of Regensburg and Munich. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Ralf worked with companies and law firms in Australia (2001 in Melbourne) and the US (2008 in New York and Boston). He speaks German and English.
