Peter Steffen Carl Bio

Steffen advises domestic and international clients in general corporate law, on acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. He specialises in corporate advisory, capital markets compliance and reorganisation of groups of companies. He heads Gleiss Lutz’s Corporate practice. Steffen studied at the universities of Hamburg and Freiburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. In 2002/2003 he was seconded as an international associate to an international law firm in New York and London.
