Bio

Martin advises in particular listed companies facing sensitive situations such as takeover offers, equity investments, restructurings as well as questions concerning corporate governance, capital market law and general corporate law. Martin studied at the University of Hamburg. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Between 2002–2005 and 2006–2009 Martin was with an international law firm in Düsseldorf and London and from 2005–2006 with an investment bank in London. Furthermore, Martin is a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He speaks German and English.
