Jochen regularly advises national and international clients in connection with mergers & acquisitions, corporate and capital markets issues as well as private equity. He has particular experience in cross-border transactions and public takeovers. Jochen is the Head of Gleiss Lutz’ Automotive sector group. Jochen studied at the University of Tübingen. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. In 2006/2007 Jochen worked as a foreign attorney at an international law firm in London and New York. Jochen speaks German and English.
