Jochen Tyrolt Bio

Jochen regularly advises national and international clients in connection with mergers & acquisitions, corporate and capital markets issues as well as private equity. He has particular experience in cross-border transactions and complex carve-outs. Jochen is co-head of the Core Business Unit Transactions and co-head of Gleiss Lutz’ Automotive sector group and has extensive M&A experience in the automotive industry. Jochen studied at the University of Tübingen. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. In 2006/2007 Jochen worked as a foreign attorney at an international law firm in London and New York.
