Hansjörg advises on corporate law, in particular compliance issues, liability suits and restructurings. He has particular experience in working with insurers, including advising them on regulatory matters. He has carried out numerous M&A transactions, especially involving insurance companies and financial services providers. Hansjörg studied at the universities of Constance and Illinois (LL.M. 1992). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1997. He is a member of the German Bar Association’s Insurance Working Group and Corporate Working Group as well as of the German Lawyers’ Association.
