Dr. Stefan Widder Bio

Stefan advises on all aspects of M&A and private equity transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience advising strategic as well as financial investors on all aspects of German and cross-border M&A transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, auctions, proprietary transactions, carve-outs, joint ventures, minority investments and distressed M&A. Stefan studied law at the Universities Hamburg and Stellenbosch (LL.M. 1998). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2023. He previously was a partner at a leading international law firm.
